Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your destination and the weight of the product on checkout. Products that are in stock will be shipped in 3 to 4 working days. Products that are made to order will be shipped in 7 to 14 days depending on the product.

Our return/ refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Mail the item you want to return to Suchita Isaac (mailing address on your package)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you receive an item that broken or damaged, Please email pictures of the same to suchita.isaac@gmail.com and we will consider a refund / replacement on a case by case basis. If your item was lost in transit and untraceable, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
